This Shinwa sword embodies traditional Shirasaya style and grace in a modern day production. It has a hand-forged 28” carbon steel, razor sharp blade that is tempered. The hardwood construction from end-to-end with the red painted finish looks sleek and seamless. The full-tang blade is secured with traditional means and can be removed for care or display. This katana is 40 1/2” overall length.
