Shipping

We want to deliver your selections in the best condition possible! Swords, Knives, and Daggers, LLC (SKD) relies on the USPS and UPS for all of our shipping needs.

We ship to the continental United States only.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days of ordering. Backordered items can take longer to process. If your item is backordered you will receive an email with three options: select an alternative item, receive store credit for 110% of the cost of the item, or receive a refund. While we strive to ship within 7-10 business days, we are not responsible for the delays caused by shipping carriers, once shipped. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can monitor the progress of your order by using the tracking number on the shipper’s website.

RETURN ITEMS

In the event your product is damaged or the wrong item(s), SKD will pay for the merchandise to be returned. You, the customer, iare responsible for return shipping if the product is no longer desired. For more details see our complete return policies.

MISSING PACKAGES

SKD is not responsible for missing or stolen packages, when tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to your address.

It is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier and report that the item was not delivered and request an investigation. If the claim is denied by the carrier there is nothing further SKD can do to remedy the situation. We further suggest that you call your local police or sheriff and make a theft report.
